West House at Foxtown and The Reserve Apartments

Located in Mequon, Wisconsin, West House at Foxtown and The Reserve are luxury apartment buildings. I managed these social accounts beginning in 2020, and through the pandemic into March of 2021. Gathering my own content when on location, and collaborating remotely with my videographer, I edited video and created designs to engage and promote the units and amenities at both locations.

I sent detailed shot lists and project proposals along with keeping the manager in communication for current events. Though they are sister buildings, the aesthetic and community differ, which is portrayed in the design and video style. West House has a clean and sophisticated look, attracting young professionals, whereas The Reserve is focused on being family-friendly.
