Shortly after receiving the West House account, I began managing their sister building, The Reserve. Since May 2020 I have been highlighting amenities, and the various units, along with ensuring safety when it comes to the renting process, and now transitioning into showing the lifestyle. Though West House and The Reserve are sister apartments, the style of each is vastly different. While West House has a clean and sophisticated look, attracting young professionals, The Reserve is focused on being family-friendly.

In addition to creating the aesthetic and the daily upkeep, I worked closely with an influencer, Riva, to bring more attention to the community and the incredible amenities it has to offer.
